No student will be permitted to leave campus at any time without permission.

*If you become ill, report to the Nurse’s Office.

*If you become ill during lunch, while off campus, and do not return to school, a phone call the same day from a parent/guardian is necessary to clear the absence, with a note the following day.

*You must have an Off Campus Lunch Permit to be off campus during lunch.

*If you have a doctor or dental appointment, bring a note from home signed by your parent/guardian stating the date and time of your appointment to the Nurse’s Office.

*You must bring a form from the doctor/dentist verifying this appointment for the absence to be excused.
